Free Plan
- Unlimited memories — write as many as you want; only media storage is capped
- 1 GB media storage — space for photos, videos, and documents (you'll get a warning at 80% used)
- 2 family members — invite a couple of close family to view and react
- No AI features — you can still type memories and add photos manually
- All core features — Timeline, Family, Life Threads, Legacy, Media Library, and Calendar
Trial Plan (7 Days)
Every new account gets this automatically. During your trial, you have access to everything Premium offers:
- Unlimited memories — add as many as you want
- 25 GB storage — plenty of room for photos, videos, and audio
- Full AI features — voice transcription, smart title generation, auto-tagging, AI summarize
Premium Plan
When you're ready to commit, Premium gives you the complete experience:
- Everything in the Trial plan, permanently
- $12.99/month or $99.99/year (save more than four months with annual billing)
What Happens When Your Trial Ends
After 7 days, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. Here's what you should know:
- You won't lose any memories. Everything you created during your trial is still there.
- You can still view, edit, and delete existing memories.
- You can keep adding memories — memory count is unlimited on Free. Only new media uploads pause once you exceed the 1 GB Free storage cap.
- AI features become unavailable — voice recording, smart fill, and summarize require Premium.
No surprise charges
Your trial does not require a credit card. You will never be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe to Premium.
How to Upgrade
- Go to Account in the app
- Tap Manage Subscription
- Choose Monthly ($12.99/mo) or Annual ($99.99/yr)
- Complete checkout through Stripe (our secure payment processor)
Your Premium access activates instantly after payment.
Gift a subscription
You can also purchase Memory Murals as a gift for someone else. Visit the Gift page to buy a subscription that the recipient activates with a personal code.
