Delete Your Account & Data
You can permanently delete your Memory Murals account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Delete from your account settings
- Log in to your Memory Murals account
- Go to Account
- Scroll down and select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access your account, send an email to support@memorymurals.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What gets permanently deleted
- All memories, stories, and timeline entries
- All photos, videos, and audio recordings
- All family member profiles
- All Legacy entries and documents
- Your account profile and settings
- Your subscription (if active)
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export your data before deleting if you want to keep a copy.
